Neighborhood Technology Resource Center Volunteer Opportunities The Neighborhood Technology Resource Center is looking for volunteers to assist with programs at our various locations. Digital Connectors is a program for youth aged 15-21 in which participants learn basic and advanced computer training, digital media (including video production) and Microsoft Office. Our After School program is for youth in grades K-8. The program operates on the STEM model of learning (Science Technology Engineering Math) through which students receive homework help, as well exposure to creative arts and physical recreation.
